Hello, my name is Jerry Robtoy and I was born and raised in Michigan and decided in 2004 to move to North Carolina to expand my career and life. I am a father of three wonderful and inspiring children, and relocating to North Carolina was one of the best decisions I could have made. I have found that the Wake County area offers great private and public schools, and a variety of Universities and colleges. There is an abundant amount of entertainment ranging from family-friendly activities to a diverse culture the city provides including museums, arts, and theatre. 

I have been in client-facing roles in the IT industry for most of my career. My main focus is always exceeding client expectations which entailed listening and problem-solving, management, and organizational skills.  This made full use of my patience and persistence.  I jump on problems immediately and don’t stop until they are resolved. Furthermore, I have actively been involved with home repairs and renovations/remodeling of residential homes and commercial buildings. As a result, my knowledge in construction provides buyers and sellers a unique perspective.

I understand that buying and selling real estate is a stressful time and I take great pride and personal enjoyment from finding the buyer's home and making that happen quickly. My golden rule is providing my clients with the service as if I were in their shoes. I offer integrity, energy, creativity and my goal is to lessen your stress and make this a rewarding experience.
