Juan Agudelo was born in Elizabeth, NJ, and attended Montclair State University before moving with his family to Orlando, Florida, in 2017. It was there he met his life partner, and in 2020, they relocated to North Carolina. Immediately taken with the state’s warmth, energy, and culture, Juan decided to make it his permanent home.

Juan’s career has always centered around service and connection. In the food industry, he learned the art of creating welcoming experiences. In financial services, he developed an understanding of trust and decision-making. As a dog trainer, he gained patience and the ability to build meaningful relationships. In property management, he discovered firsthand the challenges and responsibilities of homeownership. Each role taught him valuable lessons that ultimately inspired his commitment to real estate.

Having moved often growing up, Juan knows how important it is to feel rooted in a community. Real estate became the natural extension of his desire to help others find stability, belonging, and opportunity. Today, he is honored to guide families and individuals through one of life’s most meaningful milestones—buying or selling a home. His philosophy is simple: no single approach works for everyone, so he takes time to understand each client’s unique goals while continuously educating himself to better serve them.

Juan now lives in Raleigh with his fiancée, Samantha, their cat, Duck, and their dog, Rhea. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys training his dog, running on the greenway, playing guitar, and watching the latest movie release in theaters
