Kayh Ryan was born in Duluth, MN, and relocated to North Carolina after completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. With a background in managing multimillion dollar retail stores, she developed exceptional problem solving skills and a sharp eye for detail. These tools have served her well in real estate. Over the years, Kayh has helped hundreds of clients successfully buy or sell their homes, earning a reputation for her dedication, expertise, and results driven approach.

Her passion for real estate began after purchasing her first home, a milestone that inspired her to pursue her license and launch her career. Today, Kayh specializes in listings and brings both market knowledge and strong negotiating skills to ensure sellers achieve the best possible outcome. She understands how to confidently guide clients through the process and is committed to making every experience feel like a walk in the park.

When she’s not assisting clients or helping agents grow, Kayh enjoys traveling, spending time with family, hiking, running, and creating macramé.
