While originally from California, Shanise grew up in the Raleigh area and has had a front-row seat to its growth over the years, giving her a unique, insider's perspective on the market and its neighborhoods. Prior to transitioning into real estate in 2020, Shanise spent over a decade as an educator, an experience that shapes her collaborative, detail-oriented approach to helping clients. This experience enables her to offer additional insight to clients weighing neighborhoods and school choices.

Outside the office, Shanise is usually diving into a new book, exploring the local food scene, or staying active with strength training. She's a proud mom to three daughters and a goldendoodle named Reese, who together keep life fast-paced and rewarding.
