Homes With a Pool for Sale in Mebane, NC

The lowest-priced way into a Mebane pool community this fall is an Oakwood Townes townhome on Stream View Court. On September 30, 2026, several were listed between about $257,000 and $345,000. Across Mebane, this search showed 111 homes that day with a median list price of $402,809. They averaged $183 per square foot and 97 days on site.

In INDY Week's reader poll for 2023, 2024, and 2025, the Best Real Estate Company in Wake County was Raleigh Realty. Most of these listings share a neighborhood pool, so the HOA budget pays for its upkeep.

Which Mebane Neighborhoods Have a Pool?

  • Mill Creek: resale homes on Gene Sarazen, Walter Hagen, and Fairway drives. The HOA covers the pool and tennis courts, and recent listings show dues ranging from about $103 to $284 per month, depending on the section and whether landscaping is included. Golf is a separate membership with Mill Creek Golf Club.
  • Oakwood: Meritage Homes single-family homes on Winding Spring Drive and the Stream View Court townhomes share a pool, clubhouse, and tot lot.
  • Courtyards at Magnolia Glen: Windsor Homes patio homes with main-level living, HOA lawn care, and a Resident's Club pool. Two on Nantucket and Fairhaven drives were listed at $475,880 and $484,880.
  • Cambridge Park: D.R. Horton homes on Aberdeen Drive with a pool, clubhouse, and fitness center.

Is the Pool Open Yet in Newer Communities?

Not always. Builders often finish amenities in phases. Garman Homes lists a community pool among Tupelo Junction's amenities, but its list of what the $75 monthly HOA dues include names the clubhouse, dog park, fire pit, and trails. On any new-construction listing in this search, ask the builder whether the pool is open, under construction, or planned, and get the expected opening date in writing.

Who Pays When the Pool Needs Work?

In an older Mebane neighborhood, I ask the HOA for its current budget and reserve study to see whether resurfacing or new pool equipment is funded or could turn into a special assessment.
