Hasentree covers more than 800 acres between Falls Lake and Wake Forest, with gated entrances off NC 98 and Keith Road. A Tom Fazio golf course runs through the middle, and The Hasentree Club at 7305 Village Club Drive runs the course, pools, and dining.
Toll Brothers and Ashton Woods built many of the homes, and custom builders built others on other streets. Listings range from golf villas on Hasentree Villa Lane to estate homes on wooded lots. It is also part of our search for gated communities in Wake Forest.
Several bills stack on top of the loan payment here.
Get the club's current membership terms in writing, since fees change and the club sets them, not the HOA.
Not on its own. The Hasentree Club membership page lists Full, Limited, and Intermediate golf levels. Resident Social members get tennis, fitness, swimming, and dining, and a golf member can invite them to play up to six times a year. If golf is the reason you want Hasentree, price the golf level, not the social one.
Water comes from a community well system operated by Aqua North Carolina and regulated by the NC Utilities Commission. Wastewater goes to a private treatment plant, and the treated water irrigates the golf course. Listing sheets label these systems as public, community, or well, depending on who entered them.
I ask the seller for a recent Aqua bill, so you see the real water and sewer cost before due diligence ends.
Heritage has open streets, a semi-private course, and more townhomes, so its entry price is lower. Hasentree trades that for a gate, a private club, and more luxury homes in Wake Forest. Our best neighborhoods in Wake Forest guide lays out prices for both next to seven other neighborhoods.
Hasentree lots were drawn with building envelopes that limit how much land can be cleared, and exterior changes go through the architectural review committee. I pull the plat for any home you like so you can see where a pool, fence, or addition could go.
