A 1980 townhome in Crowfield was recently listed for $224,500, with $240 per month in HOA dues that include water, sewer, trash, and structure maintenance. A 2020-built unit in Tribek Court was listed at $340,000 with $140 in dues. When you compare townhomes in Burlington, lower dues do not always mean a lower monthly cost.
INDY Week readers named Raleigh Realty the Best Real Estate Company in Wake County in 2023, 2024, and 2025. In Alamance County, most of the townhome inventory we show is in 27215, south and west of downtown near South Church Street and Huffman Mill Road.
Many "Burlington" townhome searches also pull in Whitsett and Graham listings. Those are separate towns with their own tax rates and HOAs.
Two townhomes with similar dues can leave you with very different repair bills. Before the due diligence period ends, get the association documents and confirm who pays for these items.
In September 2026, two-bedroom Weybridge units under construction on Talisker Way were listed for about $424,000 to $470,000, ranging from 2,000 to 2,240 square feet. Recent sales near Crowfield ran about $190,000 to $272,000. The newer price includes a builder warranty and a garage. On an older resale, the roof age and the association's reserve fund need a closer look.
I ask the listing agent for the association budget and the most recent annual meeting minutes for every Burlington townhome we plan to see. The minutes usually show a roof or paving project before it becomes an assessment.
